General Return Policy For physical goods, you have 14 days to return them from the date you received them.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, and Twistou does not cover any costs associated with the return.
To initiate a return, please email return@twistou.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items All styling sales are final. No refunds are offered once checkout is completed.
